I’m Lauren and I am ‘The Facialist - Hampshire’. 

In 2013 at the age of 22 I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), having been on the contraceptive pill since I was 14 years old, this was all new to me. My condition had been masked for so many years and I was facing this unknown challenge that I did not know where to turn. With the diagnose came the side effects of the condition, fertility issues, hormonal acne and a fluctutation of hormones. 

After not knowing where to turn I resorted into looking down the 'functional medicine' route including natural herbs and Seamoss. This took me into a whole new world and I loved learning along the way and actually reversing my 'fertility' issues. Having the acne as a result of PCOS  I am very familiar with how skin impacts your mood and consumes your life. I believe that this is the reason why my clinic is very successful through knowledge, qualifications and empathy. In 2016, when my first daughter was born I wanted a change in career and knew that my passion was firmly within the beauty industry, after numerous courses across many beauty treatments, my devotion to the skin sector was clear. As a result Simplicitè was formed, offering result driven facials. After years of working my magic on clients skin, I found a location that suited me perfectly and I decided to rebrand to show the true meaning behind my skill set, ‘The Facialist Hampshire’. This is just the beginning and I’m so excited to be on this journey with you. 

I truly believe that I went through my own journey so that I could help so many of you overcome many obstacles when it comes to skin, hormones and how to incorporate daily habits that will impact your health for life long results.
